Question by : What s the process to follow my mom holder K1 Visa ?

My Mom had a K1 Visa fiance in 2006 ,she got married for 2 years ,then divorced, she still have her permanent residence.I am 15 years old from Tunisie …I already have my name in her application for K1 visa ..but i didn t want to go with her to the consulat to get my K2 visa .So she went alone to the consulat ,she got her k1 visa and she traveled to USA ,she got married then divorced ..NOW i want to follow her ..Please what s the process? do i still eligible for k2 visa? do i nees just to fill another application ,because the first it s cut off date ?? Thank you in advance if somebody tried to help me .or he /she has this case before ..

Your mother needs to file an I-130 for you. It will take approximately 5 years for you to get a visa. You are not eligible for the K-2 anymore.If your step-father wanted to do it he could petition you with an I-130. It would take less than a year for you to get an IR-2 Visa.You don’t fill anything out.************The last time you asked this question you said it was your father who came to the USA on a K-1 and married a woman.
