Q&A: Question!? ?
Question by PhotoFreak: Question!?
So. There is the deal. My dad met with one women 4 years ago. In 2005( I was 15 then) they decided that my dad will move to the US and I will move with him. So we both got K1 and K2 Visas (some fiance and fiance child or whatever) visa. We came in here and then made Green card with the K1-K2 visa. Now 3 years later in 2008(I’m 18) I think that they will divorce presently. So now I’m worried that I haven’t got citizenship’s yet and also my dad isn’t (should get ours in 2009 spring) will they send me or him out of the country? Because he(and me) came in here with Fiance Visa which gave us the Green card and now when they divorce do they cancel the Green card? It doesn’t actually sounds logical because when they cancel his then they shouldn’t cancel mine because I’m 18 and I tin live alone and be independent and work and it isn’t my fault that they screw something up. And I also attend school which I have to graduate! Huh that is confusing.
