my cousin and his family were sponsored by the family through the k2 visa. his papers came just a month before he’sturning 21 and the sent him a sticker and form to fill out bc of his age.. so he still has to gathe his med and still go for the interview.. the processing sid about 2 weeks.. but he’ll turn 21 in like less than 3 weeks.. so would they still issue himthe visa.. would he still beable to come to the u.s. do you have to be 21 when visa is issued or when you step on americn soil. pleaseplease explain

There has been court cases over this point I would suggest as long as the K-2 visa holder was under 21 at the time his adjustment of status application was filed with the USCIS (and assuming all other eligibility requirements under the INA are met), then the K-2 visa holder should be granted the opportunity to become a lawful permanent resident.buy you may welll need a lawyer here
