On a k1,k2,k3and K4 Visa, do they have an I-94 with these type of visa. Are they suppose to have one

Yes, everyone who enters the US with a visa will be given an I-94 (usually they complete it on the flight) and this must be handed to the CPB officer at the port of entry along with the passport. The I-94 is stamped with the date and classification of entry, and the status expiry date.

Yes for any non immigrant visa who comes to US will have one. It is returned back when departs US. You need that document for all the immigration related works keep it safe
