K-1 or fiance visa like we call it is good for only 90-days if she does not amrry within that time she must return to her country.
The previous two answers are correct. If she does not marry within 90 days, she must go home. If she already married him but does not want to stay married, under the circumstances you describe she cannot request permission to stay, either, and must return to Iran with her children. She cannot request refugee status or asylum; to do so she would have to prove that she cannot return safely to Iran, but that is not the situation.
